TRS On Demand: TRS On Demand is a Hosted Service Offering for CLECs, VoIP Providers, Cable, ICPs and Resellers. The solution is also available as a site licensed application under the TRS.NET name. The OSS solution allows CLEC’s, ICP’s, Cable, Resellers and ISP’s to electronically bond to the ILEC’s OSS system and perform all the Pre-Order and Ordering functions needed to acquire new customers quickly and efficiently. The TRS processes Resale, Local Wholesale and UNE-L services for POTS, Centrex, DS1, ADTS, BRI, PRI along with many other complex services. Add-Ons like the Bulk Order Generator and XML API to billing applications allows the TRS to function as a key element in the Operations Support System (OSS) for local and nationwide telecom firms. TRS meets stringent EDI requirements needed to perform the provisioning functions with the ILEC's. Concretio has customers in production using the TRS for UNE-Loop and Local Wholesale Offerings in the following ILEC territories today: AT&T, McLeod/Paetec, One Communications, Verizon East, Verizon West and Qwest.
