Since 1997, Concretio has offered provisioning solutions to CLEC’s, ICP’s, Cable, Resellers and ISP’s in multiple ILEC regions. Clients have benefited by having a low cost solution that provides all of their provisioning and gateway needs as well as Sales Order Tracking, Billing Integration, Real-time Reporting, Telemarketing API’s and XML API’s to external systems.  Concretio has customers in production using the TRS for UNE-Loop and UNE-P in the following ILEC territories today:  AT&T, BellSouth, McLeod/Paetec, One Communications, Verizon East, Verizon West and Qwest.  

Concretio also provides OSS software solutions to facilities based carriers via our Complete Suite.   Complete Suite contains the following modules: Inventory Management, Switch Provisioning, Ancillary Database Interfaces, LNP, UNE-Loop and Local Wholesale provisioning with the ILEC are all tied into our Work Flow Management System.  Complete Suite addresses the critical business problem with a highly sophisticated approach to process automation, mechanizing previously manual activities, automating verification of activity completion, and integrating all related back office systems to eliminate the cost, delays, and errors associated with multiple points of data entry. 

Recently added to CompleteSuite is the Bulk Order Generator Module.  This module allows you to convert UNE-P to UNE-L or VoIP by processing customer orders just by having the TN entered.  Once a TN is entered or batched into the module CompleteSuite does the following:

• Pulls a Customer Service Record
• Automatically creates an Account from the Customer Service Record
• Validates the Address
• Looks up and verifies the Wire Center
• Checks the Wire Center for available Inventory
• Sends a Loop Order with Port to the ILEC, or Port order only for VoIP Providers 
• When a Firm Order Confirmation is received the switch is automatically provisioned (i.e. Metaswitch, Tekelec, Nortel, etc.)
• Upon Cutover the LNP is processed with the ancillary database provider (i.e. Verisign)
• After cutover CNAM, LIDB and E911 are updated with the provider (i.e. Intrado)
• Inventory and Billing applications are automtically updated with cutover information
